This Privacy Policy describes how BIBUILT (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the PrimaField mobile and web applications for field / site tracking (“the Service”).
1. Who this applies to
PrimaField is a business tool used by organizations and their authorized staff (for example site managers and field workers). Access requires an account provided by your organization.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: email, name, role, and authentication credentials needed to sign in.
- Work / field data: personnel records, assignments, clock-in/out events, equipment and materials entries, and related project/site information entered by users.
- Location data: when you use clock-in/out or GPS tracking features, we may collect precise location to record where punches or tracks occurred.
- Device / technical data: app version, device type, and basic diagnostics needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Offline storage: the mobile app may store work data locally on your device (for offline use) until it is synchronized with our servers.
3. How we use information
- To provide field tracking, synchronization, and reporting features
- To authenticate users and protect accounts
- To support offline work and later sync with your organization’s workspace
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability
- To comply with legal obligations when required
We do not sell personal information.
4. Location
Location is used only for field features such as pointage (time clock) and GPS tracking. You can deny or revoke location permission in your device settings; some features may then be unavailable.
5. Sharing
Data is shared within your organization according to roles and permissions configured in PrimaField. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, databases) solely to operate the Service. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Retention
We retain account and field data for as long as your organization uses the Service and as needed for legitimate business, legal, or security purposes. Local offline data remains on the device until synced or removed by the user/app.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including authenticated access and encrypted transport where applicable) to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children’s privacy
PrimaField is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Your choices
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your account data via your organization admin or by contacting us
- Control location permissions in device settings
- Sign out and stop using the app at any time
10. International processing
Depending on your organization configuration, data may be processed on servers in the regions where PrimaField is hosted.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
